This past week, Marvel fanatics and Netflix junkies alike spent their days consumed by 13  episodes of pure excellence. On Sept 30, Luke Cage an original Netflix series based on the Marvel comic character by the same name became available for streaming and we absolutely adore it. From the nostalgic 70’s theme music to its countless odes to black culture,  the show is truly a dope piece of art.

And like with all Netflix masterpieces there is bound to be a few stragglers; annoyingly skeptical friends who will start watching the show 6 months from now.  Here’s a list of the dopeness you’re missing out on, for those of you who have yet to join the #Bulletproofhoodie clan.
