Strong Performances

I don’t know if I can even pick a favorite character.The show features a fully talented cast and  each actor/actress brings something special to their character. Mike Colter who plays Luke Cage obviously did an outstanding job, helping Cage’s tough and yet gentle nature show on the screen.

Mahershala Ali’s  human and relatable air really makes his character Cottonmouth hard to hate. (Even when he shot that rocket thing into Cage’s apartment building I was insisting that he really wasn’t that bad.)

Everyone from Simone Missick to Alfre Woodard (who doesn’t love Alfre Woodard??) is easily captivating. More importantly they exhibit those human inconsistencies that make a series fresh.
